I book loads out of California all the time before I even get a load out there. I was on my way to Florida last week and saw a load out of California, called the agent and got it....it was up to me to figure out how to get there which I obviously did. It's about knowing the lanes and who I need to keep in communication with. I know agents that have regular customers....it's pretty easy to figure out.

Well I'll head back when I have to stop doing what we talked about on the phone. It's hard to drive more than 200 miles a day right now. I'm getting 4-5 calls a day begging me to do this little over the hill run. I've named my price with all the local agents and they are all beating it now. Lots of stuff out here. I'm glad everyone hates the snow.Razorwyr, TaylorMade407, spyder7723 and 1 other person Thank this. -

but let's give him some credit, he is trying to come over here to the good life pulling a flat. If he picks up on the way to run here, in six months he won't start his truck for 1600/week.
However, if he ever again mentions a freightliner cascadia in context with high end truck, we gotta send him back to the pumpkin farm. Thats just an unforgivable offense. -
