I have never seen a driver named in these instances. They will use them as learning /reminders to drivers, but I don't see how that embarrasses anyone.

You clipped the quote bracketing off. Look at the end of his statement in the one you quoted.

Right at 2 hours for the first one. Then a couple more messages drilling down after they did some research on the subject.

You don't have to be named to become embarrassed about something that you know is addressed because of something you did. I understand using generalizations to keep drivers aware but putting "this driver failed" or "that driver should have..." is unnecessary. We can all generate ways a situation could have been avoided and since you can't understand how a person can become embarrassed without being named, you clearly don't know anything about anonymous embarrassment.

I'm not suggesting anyone has ever been named in any situation regardless if it's a good reminder, close calls, or bad choices. All I'm saying is the way some of the ways people word situations can be rather unprofessional.

What generates more profit for the company? IC drivers who are covering all the overhead, or company where SNI covers all the overhead? Seems fairly obvious to me what they're doing.

    PoleCrusher and TennMan Thank this.

More profit for the company can mean more profit for the driver. Just with more risks to the driver. Probably won't net 90k and be home every weekend and more as a company driver for example.

Stay out of the west coast Schneider drivers. Saw 3-4 Schneider trucks sitting on my way up north Washington, Monday. Today is Tuesday, going to east Washington to pu . 3-4 company trucks still there. That's just sad.
