Just got a speeding ticket yesterday in my car going 26 over. Is there any of those legal plans that I can join to help me take care of this. Or is it to late since I'm not signed up with one

There are various plans. One used to advertise that it wasn't necessary to join theirs. Call around.

I wouldn't say all those plans are not good. The two times I received a ticket. One once a log violation in AZ. It is a misdemeanor in Az. They got it dismissed. I received another ticket in Illinois it was downgraded to a non moving violation. None of those tickets were on my record. The issue is once you get the ticket your going to have to pay the $300 upfront I believe. (I could be wrong ) I had TVC at the time. I can say it work for me each time I needed them. Your license is very important. I know you understand that. I hope things work out for you and do what you can that is a serious ticket anything over 15mph is a reckless violation. I know in Virginia it is a misdemeanor.

Do you have a cdl? If not, you can do school to get it out your record. Once you have a cdl, school isn't an option. A good lawyer will help

Why would he want to just pay the fine and have a 26 over on his MVR?

Its not too late, but you will pay more being a non member trying to fight a ticket. The sooner you seek legal help the better. Also ask what is their success rate in that particular area you were ticketed in
