It will be impossible for anyone to tell you what to do. I myself don't think that is bad at all pulling a company van. If you read back thru this thread, there have been some guys leave Schneider and come to Mercer, worked for some, not for others. Maybe you could PM one of them . @duddie is one I remember.

May be a dumb question but here goes. Does Mercer pay anything for orientation?
