Truck still under factory coverage?
Sounds like a bad sensor or the filter needs servicing. -
Are you idling a lot?
-
When the 700 I was driving did this, they had to replace the exhaust pressure sensor and update the ECM.

I would guess its under warrenty its a company truck. I idle when it hits below 25 degrees outside i did idle during the snowstorm in the east for 2 days. But even so it wasnt flashing then. Other than that I havent idled too much this year. I forgot too mention its a paccar mx 315xxx on mileage.

Sorry to hear OP
Your computer thinks your DEF tank is empty , you better get that fixed as soon a possible before it shuts you down.Straight Stacks and Cottonmouth85 Thank this. -
It will derate you or shut off the truck if you don't take care of it soon enough for the truck's liking. My friend has your same truck, and it's already had to go in for the same thing, as well as MULTIPLE software updates.

There's a couple of filters that have to be serviced usually around 150k Could be the sensor is letting you know. The DEF crystallizes after awhile.

Well after reading comments. Apperantly my engine doesnt want too work anymore. Therefore i am in need of a tow.
