14s not slated until 3rd quarter... Maybe. From the mouth of Jack but then again he gets tired of being asked.

The next batch of trucks that comes in this spring (May?) are to replace the oldest trucks on the fleet. That would be the 2014 Cascadias, and I'm assuming it will be the first batch of those.

My old truck had 310,000 when I turned it in so if someone on here got it they wouldn't be waiting to long then. Lol but it is only a "B" truck now.

I talked to Jac about the new trucks. Back to Freight Shakers, and ALL of them will be DT-12. Might see the TK Evolution, still working on that deal though. In other news I looked at a 16 780 in Dothan,AL the other day. Volvo seems to be the only company that is putting better tech into the trucks. I have decided to run this Cascadia until I can afford to purchase either a 680 or 780. I will LLC in Tennessee, and save up about 20-30k down then purchase the truck. Im just really tired of these Freightliner low-spec trucks.

The only remaining question is Ultrashift-16 or standard 18 with an MX or ISX in the 680 or the Ishift ECO-Torque and a D13 500/1850...

    Let the flame wars begin...

My 2015 freightshaker is a DD15 with a DT12 tranny. At first I was apprehensive about an auto, but the mpg soon won me over. The only drawback to this truck is the carrier apu.

I run Marvel Mystery Oil through it every 3rd fill up. The truck purrs like a kitten.
