If I call the agent in the area do I still have to wait. Meaning if I'm number 20 does the other 19 have to be offered? Just trying to figure this out. Only been here a week and a half and I think I screwed myself. Sitting in PHOENIX and nothing. So far I don't see how yall make it I can't seem to keep the truck rolling.

Phoenix is tough. This question you ask is one of the most subjective on here. Everyone has a different experience and different opinion.

I'm hended to Houston. While they were loading me, one of the deck boards broke. I was worried they would throw me out but, they just put down a steel plate and kept loading. They supply voltage boards at no cost. I didn't have any so that was a relief. I guess I need to get some more just in case.

As you see Phoenix is hard. Trust me I live there, but it's easier for me because I usually just go home for a week ;). Call the agent, let him know what your looking for. He can usually find something. Now don't expect a lot for a rate. Just get to a better area.

You have to be careful where you load to. You can bounce around the Midwest and KY, TN. But if you take something to mass it better pay enough to dead head to the middle of PA.

With that, I should have left the west coast months ago! Ok I was enjoying my time off but man are there a million good loads out here. I'm booked till the end of the month and still going. Rates and loads are 10x better out here then back there ATM. Not sure if I'm just getting back here as things are picking up or if I should shoot myself for waiting so long. Probably the latter. LOL.

Anyway I'm off to Nashville tonight. Be safe all.

LOL. I took a load for Mass next week and have a load out the same day. Of course I knew there was a load out that's why I took the one in.

For the time being I live up in north Jersey. I go home for 5 days and still takes me two days to get to the Midwest or some crazy long pick to Washington state.
