Today did 4. Could have done 5 and would have made more if the clock stopped for a while. Told him I didn't guarantee to get to the pickup by 5pm. He sent closes at 4pm. No way on the earth!

Got home 7:15. Pizza. My sinuses are running wild. Nyquil again I think.

Beach ND hit about 75 miles of snow covered roads around Bismarck. Headed to Portland OR. Then reload in ID going to KY.

Took my Sister out and about for errands, and the truck did what it was supposed to do.

Monday check SHOULD allow for calling the Post Office and starting the process. Key word SHOULD.

My day started ok.... It's cloudy here in PA but not raining or snowing... yet.

Uhooked and bobtail to a supermarket nearby... I have shopped there a few times before....
They have a big variety of produce and lots of goodies in the health food dept. I felt like a kid in a candy store... :)

Then, I parked on the supermarket parking lot, far away from the entrance... as I have done some times before...

Exercised for one hr in the truck... and then went out for a walk... Saw this little kid's playground and played in it for a while... :p

Then, went back to the truck, had my lunch and was doing some emailing when someone banged on my door many times as hard as it could be... :biggrin_2554: Looked outside and saw a police car and the supermarket manager... :biggrin_2552:
Conclusion... got a freakin $10.00 parking ticket... :angry4:
I hate PA... and hate NJ and all the freakin northeast! Cause we can't find enough truck parking and most people hate trucks...
Now I'm back at company warehouse... At least I can park here... but no restroom and no running water...
Will bobtail to another supermarket almost 2 miles from here tomorrow but will not stay longer than 1 hr... No truck parking there either... :biggrin_25513:

South eastern Connecticut. At a Pilot. Been here since Friday morning and probably stuck till Monday. Delivered yesterday At foxwoods casino. Hung around the joint for a while Thursday night. Was going to go back tonight since its Saturday but decided against it Crowd at the bars way too loud Prices way way too high six bucks for a beer, nine or more for one little shot. Servers treat you like s&*% unless you tip em 20%. Just holed up with my laptop and movies till I can move on. Dang, a few days ago I was in New Orleans. Now that would have been a slammin place to spend the weekend.

It didn't. In the morning we have to take two dogs to Coldspring to get fixed. Then off to see what this check looks like.

I drove the fireworks truck yesterday.
We went to Navasota (College Station it's known as) then I-10 near East Beltway then to the intersection of old 288 and the modern highway. Both locations I had never been to. Then I took the truck alone back up off 249 where we started to leave it and get my truck.

If i could do this every day this gig wouldn't be so bad.
