I have a CDL permit that I have gotten in Oklahoma around November. I moved to Texas in Feb of this year, but still have the permit and my Oklahoma license. I recently was attending CR England's truck driving school in Salt Lake City, Utah, and they decided to disqualify me the day before I took my road test. They said the reason was due to reports of me having sex for money in the trucks. My question is, can they blacklist me or whatever to where other companies won't contact me because of them doing that? And can they disqualify me when they have no valid proof and did not do an investigation on the matter?
CDL Permit and not getting any phone calls

Generally it's determined by how many of the trucks you had sex in. Did you log it as on duty not driving?
lagbrosdetmi, mqc1298, dog-c and 10 others Thank this. -
I was still training, I was never driving a truck.

Submit more applications. Someone will hire you. Just say you left CR England before training was complete because you didn't like it there or whatever. Don't say anything about what they accused you of. If anything is on your DAC report it will probably be something like,"Didn't comply with company policy." You can check your DAC report on www.hireright.com

Don't know anything about Lobos but the rest of the companies listed by China... They're not much better than CRE.
