Ah, black t680 I swapped loads with in Tucumcari not to long ago had that.

I estimate based on before and after numbers that I have saved almost 3100 gallons over 2 years. At a LOW average of $2.25/gallon, that comes to almost $7000 so far. I'm extremely happy with the results.dhkwanderer Thanks this. -
Steel Tiger Thanks this.

So here's an interesting paradox. You get better fuel mileage when you control the throttle with your foot. Meaning you can adjust for Hills cresting things like that. The automatics have a feature where it disengages the drive and put it in neutral for lack of a better word. It does this when it knows that you no longer need throttle to maintain your speed. This feature saves you fuel however you have to use cruise control.
It would be nice if there was a way to limit the throttle allowed to cruise control. Meaning you could say that cruise control can only use a Max of 50% throttle. That way it doesn't try to pour on the coals on every Hill. -

So they actually are ordering them with that enhanced cruise system? Niiiiiiice. Quinton told me its 68 on the pedal and 70 on the cruise.
-
My truck is an auto with the advanced cruise. It's weird to see that needle drop below a thousand when the transmission disengages. Just turn off the cruise when going down a 4% grade or more because it will over compensate and downshift too aggressive sending your rpms over 2300 and the engine brake on full.
