Under 400k??? Is it not under warranty still? Why did he have to spend $9k?

 

I feel his pain I ended up dumping about 15k into mine before check engine/ see operation manual/ take to KW/ for DEF failure code/
Think Tulsa KW finally got it lined out knock on wood

I don't see how it can cost that much. It
seems so irresponsible on their part to charge that much. What year is it? What engine?

 

It was a quality truck. The guy said after 9k the dash still lit up with warning lights. His wife said no more, so he turned it in. Quality is a racket or can be. You get a ratted out POS and you pay out of pocket for repairs. What is the lease 2500 a month???? You need new one or just get your own. Unless he was telling stories.

I had another guy tell me returned his quality truck when I first started and bought an 00 ish kW with 1.5+ million. Emmisions ate up his money. He is still at Mercer.

 

I get it was a quality truck, but shouldn't it come with at least a 4yr/400k mi warranty from the manufacturer. 2013 and under 400k, it should have still been under warranty I would think.

 

I think it had 400+k. When he got it.

 

Oh, well that sucks, I swore someone said it was under 400 when he dropped the 9k

 

Razor my experience with a freight liner I bought brand new in 2013, the after treatment/DEF was only covered 1/100k standard. At that time no extended after treatment warranties were offered. Bought brand new Pete 9 months ago and bought additional 4/400k after treatment warranty they offered.
