Ok. How is your research doing on a SNI thread?

Sure I could but you'll just still be as narrow minded. I am here at schnieder because at the time when I come over it was the right place for my business to be. With the games they are playing now it's starting to look like schnider might not be the righ place for my business. Until I figure out where my next place will be I'll be right here watching and participating in the schnieder threads as well as other company threads on here.

Yes you are right, no carrier likes to show rates but drivers at those carriers sometimes are willing to show rates they are getting.
I talk to drivers on here and in the road and see with my own eyes rates others are getting. If i saw anything great i would be there and not here, as simple as that.
I care about the rates going to the truck, this % or that % is kinda an illusion. What good is 90% of cheap freight?
You came from Prime.. they pay a higher % than here and it was Reefer. Isn't the national average for Reefer .25-.30 per mile higher than Dry Van? That plus higher % should have meant wayyyy better rates at Prime than here right?
How come that isn't the case?
See all I'm saying is % is only part of the story.
If you think you can do better then maybe you should go for it.
I personally don't think I can do better and that's why I'm still here.
This is a popular thread and all it would take is one driver PMing me saying... here look.. look at all the money you can make leased onto this carrier. Or talking to one driver in person showing me great rates they're getting and I'd be gone
Trust me.. id love to have no more old pos trailers, stupid customer service instead for great rates. Drivers want referrals but none have been able to refer me with cheap rates they show me.
As @rickybobby @PoleCrusher have been hinting at... we all complain but where is better? Someone go to someplace better, show me the proof and I'll be gone from here.
I still average in the $1.70- $1.80s, if I'm paying for tolls and trailer i better average at least over $2 all miles for me to even consider it.
If someone is doing $2.20 + all the time.. show me and I'll put in an application lol

Because they are comfortable and change scared them. Human nature to stay put when things are ok, it's only when something drastic make humans change.

We say every year we're gna change, work out, better our lives but it never happen. Only when a doctor visit or a heart attack make us change
