They put off ruling again for years. Last meet was in February to agree that there is no agreement and no vote.

ELD's and speed limiters. as far as owner operators, it's like putting a square peg in a round hole

The government is a big hammer, sooner or later we will all fit thru the hole

We will. I look at it this way, they introduced the speed limiter bill in May 2006, so for government they are making good time, in ten more years something may happen.

It will be like elds, companies will just lay down and do it without the law just the threat of it.

Had my coordinator call me and said that her supervisor asked her to ask me if I wanted to go on some board where I'd be 100% independent and not have a load coordinator. She said the reason is because I guess it shows that I book 98% of my loads on my own. I happily declined and told my coordinator that I'm 100% happy working with her despite me booking my own loads I learned to ask certain questions that I learned from @skateboardman on different areas and truck capacity. She laughed and said she'll tell her. Anybody else dealt with this??????

I'm on that board Taylor. Yes you book your loads but I can still call the coordinator of that board. The only real difference is I have to initiate any contact with him if I want it. The app is really the only communication with mercer, obviously arrive and depart stuff, money and any questions in the chat section. I will say they answer the chat thing within seconds.

@TaylorMade407 my flat is on that board. Between the 2 of us we do everything. It's easier 4 us. I like the way it's set up.
