    That won't happen. Drug test parameters are set too high for second hand smoke to cause a positive. All the crying you see from "innocent" people is BS.

    Im a mover. Second held is most likely not going to fail a test, but w hair test can be positive for a little while. There's tests to see the difference between being around it and smoking it, they look for metabolites, but that's up to them if they want to believe me and give me that test

    Doubt it. Pretty sure a hair test check for thc. Plus you can take hair off your legs instead your head

    My main worry is going through a scale, them wanting to do an inspection, stuff gets hidden and I get blamed.

    I did quite a bit of research on this 10-15 years ago. I used to coach swimming and one of my athletes flunked a FINA drug test for Pot and was banned from international competition for 1 year. She was ranked 4th in the world in her best event at the time. She claimed second hand smoke so I contacted the folks who administered the drug tests where I worked. There is a threshold that must be reached for a test to come back positive. You can have THC in your urine without producing a positive test. Its sort of like blowing .01 on an alcohol test for DUI.

    not entirely sure, but an open container is still an open container violation, to the driver. weed? well say good-bye, as you can be cited for driving while under the influence.

    the first time you saw that crap, you should have stopped, call the company, and maybe perhaps left them there.

    your CDL means more to you, than those two morons. they could give a flip.

    This is why I told Rockstar to get out of the truck. This is one of those situations where you don't want to even be sitting in ANY vehicle while that argument is going.
