Directions said they have truck parking. I'm parked just inside the gate on the left by some dropped Swift trailers. Just hoping nobody bangs on my door later.

 

Speaking of directions, if anyone is coming to the Springfield, OH customer for the 1st time...the directions are a little off. They say turn left on the customer's road...they should add 'no, your other left' to the end. The customer's road only goes right. Thankfully there is Google Maps to clearify

Got my reload. 2 pu's going to Fartgo for Monday. Will consider just delivering instead of hitting Nick up for a yard drop. My logbook is waaayyy off balance. I have 3 3 to 4 hour days, then some 11+ days. I may just do a restart and start out May with a 1200 mile delivery. Although, sometimes Nick calls and asks to drop because he has freight to move, so who knows.

*edit...after looking closer when I got the chance, it's a 3 pu, 1 del load, not 2 pu 1 del. 1st time I've done that, glad I took another look when writing down my load info. Woulda sucked to get a phone call on Friday asking why I hadn't picked up my 3rd stop...when I would have already made it to central WI.

 

Hangin at the Chicago Greater 55 for the night... Deliver tomorrow at 1000 then reload headed to Rogers MN

 

Already seen Chicago and Milwaukee. I'd go north.

I walked across the street to 'Fatty Mcgoo's' Good food... Smoking hot bartender! Lol

Got a different load offer than the one Joey said I was getting... Pick up is 1/2 hour after my unload appt... So I am in a door early... If I get unloaded relatively quick I'll be ok....

 

And the hits keep getting bigger. Broker said appt was 0800 this morning. Receiver says 1300 yesterday

I used to live in the UP 2 is not a bad road. A few stop lights in Escanaba. A truck stop on the east side of town a few small t/s to St Ignace where this one. Lots of little scenic views to park for the night along the lake. Make sure you do the speed limit across the bridge very strict on that. If you go to fast because it's a suspension bridge it will start bouncing.

 

Picking up in Lima, OH tomorrow, dropping it in CR. 656 miles, gonna be a long day tomorrow, hopefully traffic works with me. Then picking up in Gaylord Sat morning heading to Imperial, PA for aMonday delivery. Anyone delivered there before?

Just looked it up, Solar Drive, Gordon Foods.

 

They may let you park, I ended up at the WalMart down the road when I delivered there
