Delivered my load from SA to Concord and dead heading to Atlanta to pick up a load going to Maines Paper in Hanover Park, IL for the first time.

 

I am at concord too. This is the longest it's ever taken to unload. Had a 0300 appt it's 0600 and still getting unloaded. Got a 0800 appt in Charlotte for my first pick up. Hope they hurry up.

 

11,224 for the month, home twice for 34's just because it was on the way.

For those who thought trainers get all the miles, sitting in CR for two days, which really screws up my week, as I have to get the trainee back up to Fargo by Thursday. Can't go anywhere long, probably gonna get stuck with Chicago.

On the bright side, trainee will be a backing jedi by the end of the day. Anybody need a trailer swept?

 

When I trained at another company my miles went down some. But was because I had to do some training. Backing paperwork and just general work and lifestyle. Doing that and explaining things all takes time out of your day.

Is anyone else having issues with their fuel card, or have I been terminated and management hasn't had time to call. Tried to get a small cash advance until payday...says exceeded limit (I haven't taken any in over 10 days) try to fuel, says see cashier. Who is the fuel card person, Bryce since he issued it at orientation, or just call dispatch?

 

Yeah had problems with mine this morning too, check with Chad...though it could also be Flying J/Pilot...
