went to the Ford dealer to buy me a car for work, I requested a manual transmission, did the road test with a different car cuz they didn't have the color I wanted, when I took it for a drive , I stalled twice...

They finally delivered my car yesterday, I finally went inside the car today after work. I had to move it to park on the driveway and not on the street. Turns out I couldn't even find reverse... Took me like 5 minutes to find out the car has some sort of selector to go on reverse.

    I can't drive cars anymore :(

I have this bad habit of putting my car in 1st and wondering why it won't reverse.

Well this one does have reverse just like a tractor. Weird, it's like a European car, but still won't go on reverse until you activate the selector...

    NavigatorWife Thanks this.

I had a dodge with the cummins and a 6speed. I never used the clutch unless I was starting, stopping, or drag racing.

Float gears in a car? Possible, I done it with my camaro, only 1st,2nd and 3rd and couldn't float the rest....grinding gears in a car sounds worst than in a truck
