1.8m miles on my N14 and she's still running very strong and quiet. Best engine I've ever owned.

Buy land that will grow it. So I can rent the land out to someone and cover some of the mortgage.

Those are some Good engines. I had a 99 model. Sold it with 1.1 million on it, he inframed it at 1.2 million it now has 1.8 million on it and runs like a champ all over the country. Best engine Cummins ever built by far.

Don't expect a lot of income from it. It takes a lot of land to grow a decent sized crop. Anything less than 20 acres is almost a waste of time. The benefit less in agriculture tax rates. It's gonna vary by state but die reference, my tax bill on 40 acres is just a couple hundred a year because i got a few cattle on it to qualify. Otherwise my taxes would be a few thousand.

@Mudguppy i can believe you posted that vid. Lol I thought we finished with it on the SNI thread. You should delete it so he stops making money off of us.

BTW I hope all went well at the house.

Waste of time as on no money. Do some google research to see what kind of yeild you get per acre in your area. You will find it takes a lot of land to make money on hay. However it can be worth it if it lowers your tax bill. Best thing to do is just go talk to some hay farmers in your area.
