park about 25 feet from a building/wall. You want the ground to be level and be square with the wall. Measure the distance from the ground to the center of the glass on the lights. Grab a piece of tape and mark the wall.

Now turn your headlights on and see where they hit the tape. Adjust the lights so they hit just below the tape and slightly to the right. The darker the better it is, also do one light at a time by un plugging a light or covering it with a towel.

A closed scale works good, just drive up to the side of the side of the barn.

Another way that works good is in light fog in the dark, just take a ramp get out and look at the headlight reflection from the side.

I know how you feel, I was lazy in June. I took 2 weeks off for Independence Day and worked just hard enough in June to make sure my July bills were paid before I went home. I think I worked a total of 14, maybe 15 days from June 1 - July 11. I was ready to come back to work...until I came back to work. I think it's time to take another week off lol

 

Ugh! Back to work tomorrow. Was a good vacation just too short as always.
