It got so hot and humid here in Savanna, GA it ended up raining. The water hit the truck so hard it sounded like hail.

I was leaking a massive amount of oil from my driver side hub the other day. I put in for service at a petro in MO and they said the screws surrounding the seal were lose. The tech told me that the manufacturer sometimes doesn't tighten them down on accident. It took 200k miles for them to loosen up enough to leak.

I'm glad it was a simple repair. If I had blown a bearing on such a young truck I would have been pissed.

I have an axel that throws oil on the rim every once in awhile, just maybe a few drops here and there. I've had it in the shop 4 times over this trying to nail down the problem. Seal is good, axel breather is squeaky clean, brakes are aligned and aren't cooking the axel. The oil isn't overfilled.

I think I have grooves in the axel shoulder, but since the TA doesn't hire mechanics anymore just techs I can't get them to look at it. They keep telling me it's fine, but obviously it's not.

Two and half weeks and I'll be on home time. The lazy part of me wants to do a reset, but the driver part is like nooooo, you have 9 hours to drive everyday.

I am the same way right now. If I wasn't taking a whole week off this coming hometime I'd probably do a reset down here in FL.
