All I'm saying electronic logs is just that. Electronic. If they said eld will now enforce speed limit too, well, it still isn't eld fault. It's the government. Maybe because I grew up around computer and went to college for it, but it's just a device, like your phone. If you have a problem with your phone, you call the maker or service provider. You don't just make a hate club on all phones.

If he's referring to anti-competetive rules I'm sure the point would be that small businesses would be at a disadvantage.

jimmywells is not off the mark regarding killing the competition. it is freely admitted,by the ones pushing the ruling that it is going to take more trucks to meet demand with the eld. the megas have the trucks,and the CHEAP LABOR to absorb this. little guys don't. the megas have also already brought rates down,that they again can absorb. the little guys can't.
