Not saying who is right or who is wrong. You just dont start filming random people. The only reason for filming is for social media and attention. Could of just called police, without confronting the driver and posting on sites.

Anyone willing to hook onto a trailer in that condition is crazy. I could care less if it was "just heading to a shop" its just not safe.
