    Guess ya can do some taste testing to make sure your gonna like it lol. Been more than once I whittled the bark off something worth keeping from the road. Exhaust manifold of a 6V71 makes a great cooker, especially way back in the mines with snow on the ground.

    I cook my Opossum in a crock pot. Two cups of water, one can of beer, simmer high for three days. Toss the Opossum out the window, and the broth will still be chewy...

    I swear to god I hit a turkey near falls city Nebraska a few years ago on a 2 lane road before the feathers had even settled the guy in the car coming at me had it by the legs and was tossing it in his trunk .
