Yep.
On my current trip I even had to reply on an arrived and a departed message for my border crossing.
One DM let slip that fuel solutions are now even more of a pita to customize than before. Lucky for me they didn't assign me one and I'm still able to get fuel where it makes sense.

I was moving trailers for one of my furniture customers Monday on 16th St. & Hadley in Phoenix. Saw 3 or 4 System trucks at National Gypsum at 1414 E Hadley, don't know if they were coming or going.

I somehow missed this thread recently. Been with the company since Sept 1 on the Texas fleet and, honestly, I haven't had a problem yet with the company and get along well with my dispatcher. I've done a few Texas region loads but.. I like to run.. only reason i'm on this fleet is because I was threatened with being single again if I ran like I did when I was with Lonestar a few years ago. But, i'm under agreement that if i'm home a few weekends with the family then I can run a few weeks, as I have been the past 2 weekends and my DM works me pretty hard. Anyways, with that said...
I've seen the TMW system before and how it interacts with the qualcomm at the office level while at another company so I don't have any problems with it. It actually works the way it's designed. Once you get used to it.. it flows pretty naturally. I DO hate the fuel routing. I think my card isn't synced with the system as yesterday I had to roll with no dispatch (he had to figure out how to build a 2 stop canada load for me delivering Monday & Tuesday ) and I just filled where I wanted no problem. Or perhaps it's because I wasn't officially under load at that time. As of now I still don't have a load plan or system messages.. although the portal shows me under dispatch.
Speaking of fuel routing.. I attended the "class" before leaving orientation and received my fuel card. Come Oct 4.. I couldn't fuel on the new dispatch. Turns out nobody entered my card into the system (and I wasn't the only one that had that done). That was a time suck of 6 hours waiting.
No camera in the truck but this #### lane departure system is annoying as hell. God forbid i'm in a construction zone where the lanes have been removed and restriped, or there are excessive cracks and tar fills on the road, or the sun is blazing at the system so it can't really see the road clearly enough to tell if i'm in the lane. Otherwise, love this truck.
Did anyone else not get paid yesterday (Oct 14th)? I didn't have a paystub on the portal nor did a check hit my account yesterday. My DM said I wasn't the first one to call about it. Suggested calling Payroll but... I wasn't about to deal with that mess and receive the blowback from payroll as i'm sure they were blasted by every driver not paid. Thankfully I have a sugga mama at home so i'm not hurting and will just give them a call Monday to sort it out. I'm surprised there wasn't a system wide message about it... especially since a ridiculous system wide was sent about only putting 1 trailer in the box. Really?
Aside from tarping/untarping what seems every single day some weeks (#exercise) I'm fairly content here so far. I keep to myself, never call, don't complain, am always on time...and they seem to leave me alone. I do miss my heavy haul/OD days but, to be honest, i'm making more here than I was doing that.. and seeing home much more frequently. Happy wife.. Happy life I suppose.
On a side note.. @Bakerman... your signature is perfect! I'm told I need to work on my people skills all the time.. because i'll just tell ya what i'm thinking without a chaser or fluffing it up to protect peoples feelings. I'm going to start using that line! lol.Last edited: Oct 15, 2016

DM went 2/3 retard on my last day, was probably his daddy that put him up to it. I would have given a good review if they hadn't of pulled that stupid crap on the last day. Ultimately they did get me home. If I was a FNG I'd have no problem going with them again.

Good luck, they get on my nerves all the time. I sat in Gary for 4 days last month and then interstate yard and laredo for over a day-basically lost 7 days of month without pay.
fargonaz Thanks this. -
Yep, I was doing well until they implemented the new system, maybe they're still working the kinks out.

Idk how anyone can handle the new trucks. They are nice inside and comfy but the auto braking system and what not are just too much
fargonaz Thanks this.
