    Let me look and see.

Heating the water is free and easy if you were to drive first. There is a RV water heater made for motor homes that will heat the water using coolant water from the engine. You will have a cold shower if you plan on showering before driving in the morning. The water theater will have a propane hookup, but it is not needed if using engine coolant. Your water tank, heater, plumbing and shower faucet will have to be inside the sleeper. Unless you never drive anywhere it gets below 32 degrees in the winter.

My initial reaction is to suggest remodeling the interior of your truck. However, my advice on your outdoor shower is as follows: Get an RV shower pan and mount that to the underside of the catwalk. Then run the drain to a small RV holding tank. You have lots of good ideas for the fresh water supply. What you need to add is your grey water holding. That is the element that will finish this project and avoid the moaning. And I second the shower curtain!

Look on YouTube. The people that live in vans and improvised RVs have many techniques. Why invent the wheel when people are already using the system?

If you've ever driven anywhere in MB/SK/AB in Canada off the #1 or #16, you'll know what's wrong with the truck stop shower (hint: they don't exist).

I've always wondered why no one has ever come up with "shower in a can" (I'm sure there is some product out there with the name but it probably isn't what I'm thinking about). Something that comes out as an aerosol spray, that doesn't soak you like soapy water (or the inside of the truck), but will still actually clean your skin (take the dirt off) and whatever you use to wipe it off is easily disposed of in a garbage bag/can.

There are no rinse shampoos and soap out there. Something like No-Rinse Body Bath. I've tried the no rinse shampoo, but not not like it. It was basically a talcum powder feeling stuff that didn't work too well in my greasy hair.

Go to Walmart mat where they sell the adult diapers.they have giant sized body wipes. Used them when I was in the military. Thicker and 2-3 times the size of a baby wipe.

But they would probably make some of these drivers breath smell better. Listerine doesn't taste good either but it works.

They do, it is normally sold as brake clean. Guess they figure they would sell more as brake cleaner than trucker shower in a can

    Zeviander Thanks this.
