Yo have a very thin chance of beating this parking ticket using your argument that you are not a TT due to no trailer. It could be argued you are an RV because you have a bed.
The sign didn't say no Semis which a semi is a tractor trailer combo. The sign did say no tractor trailers. Technically you could win on that but the sign also said no RV which are typically large vehicles.
So if they are gonna ban large vehicles how do you justify parking your large vehicle in there?

The sign does not say "no RV parking", it says "no overnight parking for RVs."
