    Doubtful.

I'm thinking more like $25 that's why he's been withholding the amount.

Funny story about Northeast and trucks. In 1987, my Dad was working for GM and was transferred to Framingham, MA from Oklahoma. He had a fully decked out Chevy 3500 duelly "pick-up" truck with a flat bed, decked out with his tool boxes, roll bar, lights, and ranchhand bumpers and grill guard. He rented a house in a small suburb I believe called Milford. He was not allowed to park his pickup in the driveway because of a city ordinance. Hell down south trucks are daily work vehicles, Sunday church vehicles and Friday date night rides. He only lasted 6 months up there before he said forget it and moved to Texas.

Sure is in some cities and in a few here if you don't lock you doors, you get a good ticket for that - they actually have cops walking up to cars and checking it.
