Any time a company I worked for pulled a Walmart load, we were instructed to conduct ourselves as if we were Walmart employees, and present ourselves in a professional manner and any unprofessional behavior reported would be dealt with severely.

It's better to buy a camera, pull the video from it with the idenfiying information and email the thing to whatever company and safety it might be or burn it to disk and send it postal mail with a short explaination.

Safeties love that. Ive burned a few bad drivers before, but not too often thankfully. But there is a way to do it right. Here, you just generate a popcorn crowd. Your details is a bit light. You worried about retribution or something?

What's wrong with the brakes on your vehicle that you can't apply them and get behind the truck? Problem solved

I'm guessing probably not a wm truck . Or some other company pulling a Walmart trailer. Just does not sound nothing like any Walmart driver that I have ever run into.

If it has a walmart trailer on that 5th wheel, it is a walmart issue. It is not hard to find who has what trailer when and where at a particular time of day....

I would bet that the op was going to cut off the driver. Being the op is brand new, i would bet he's not a truck driver.

I delivered to the DC in Buckeye last Friday evening. But I don't drive for Wal Mart or pull WM trailers.

This is how folks are reacting to Dave now that his truck is all decked out and lit up:
