He does to. He didn't mean chain up to be taken literally. That's too much like work for cj.

Ok little, stupid question guys, I've tried Googling it and can't find an answer yet.

So my marker lights went out yesterday on the trailer. The pigtail doesn't show any damage and my truck marker lights are working, so I assume the black wire has just come loose inside the plug. Wouldn't surprise me, I need to adjust the wires anyway. The green rubber coating has pulled back about an inch or so from the plug its self exposing the individual wires, so it's obviously had some stress on it.

Anyway, my question is, how do you take the plug apart. I've done it before, and rewired several of them, but there was always an external screw. This one doesn't seem to have one. It's a Phillips 16-730. The picture isn't of mine, but it's the same one. How does this thing come apart? s-l1000.jpg

Does it unscrew? I tried, but didn't want to break it and it wasn't unscrewing as easily as I would have expected

Check where the pigtail leaves the truck inside your side hatch. I had a loose wire there and right blinkers didn't work on the trailer. Why, because I had too much stuff under the bed in the side hatch and it pulled it loose.

lol I don't really have any relationships with any agents tho, all my work is straight from the board.
