Is something like this what you are talking about? What would i put on the bottom to Support the Case in the middle so it doesn't bend down?

Yes that's angle iron. I always just buy an 8 ft section and cut it to size. You clamp them together in a 90 degree, weld it, then weld flat steel across the top to make a right triangle. One piece of angle bolts to the frame rail, the other the box sits on. Make two of these triangles, one for each end of the gennie box. You could also weld another couple pieces of flat steel across the bottom of you are worried the gennie box will spread them, or worried the gennie box will sag in the middle. Look at the way your tool boxes are mounted on the trailer to see what i mean.

I remember a year and a half ago or so I was in Ontario, CA just learning how the west coast board worked. A Mercer driver had his starter go out there at the Petro. Four or five of us dropped everything to help him swap in a new one. That was the day I knew Mercer was the place for me.

It was for a job that apparently they didn't get a permit for, so the job cancelled, no need for the product.

One would have thought they would have permit in hand before ordering product....

You won't find any air bubbles doing that, but what you will do is drain your coolant. I can't believe that you actually typed that.
