As far as I know they are still only forward facing, but I have no doubt they will soon take the covers off of them

Now they send "safety messages" to every qualcomm unit daily.
You must wear seatbelt, follow speed limit, obey traffic signals, etc.
This truly feels like harassment to me, this company has become another bottom feeder company.

I'm thinking they've taken a hit on their safe driving score due to speeding tickets from the tone of the current safety message bliitz.

I wish they would figure out a better way to handle this sort of thing instead of coming off like angry grade school teachers though.

But Elogs will make drivers safe right? Lol whatever
They hire drivers for 36c/mile to deliver their freight. Of course drivers will speed to save time on clock, damage freight, damage equipment including cutting up tarps on sharp corners. Most company drivers wont take their time to pad load before tarping. For lousy $35 they expect to tarp and untarp?
You get what you pay for. Hire rookies and your CSA score will hurt.

That's the problems with a large corporation, they can no longer afford to focus on a few bad apples; everybody gets the same treatment. The DM is just a drone, most can't do anything by themselves.

DM's are useless there I don't know why they even have them. Mine couldn't even give me a load. When it was taken away 5 minutes after he sent it too me, he couldn't do anything about it

Noticed more safety messages. Getting too many tickets and the safety score is getting bad I guess. Gotta train the new guys longer than 5weeks. Get them more comfortable with what we do, how to properly secure and tarp. I've been running into quite a few newbies who have no clue how to do the job even after the training...fresh out of the trainers truck!
