Well from another post I read in another thread, I would say Chargingbear needs to sit down first and check his attitude toward companies. Untill that happens I feel from experience it will not be any different no matter what Company he goes to.
Chargingbear, You failed your road test cause you did several things wrong. Turning on a yellow can and some cases will get you a Ticket, I should know, I gotten 2 cause I was to close to the light to stop when they turned yellow and I did get pulled over and given a ticket for running a red Light though it was yellow when I crossed under them. One did get changed at court by the Officer who pulled me over to going to fast for conditions. I was doing 50 in a 55 as it was..
You do have a major attitude problem. You even show it on this site.
This attitude will effect you with every company you go with. You hit a snag and boom they are a bad company in your eyes. Every company that is out there can be ruled as a good company or a bad company, it all in the eye who experienced it for them selves. Cause you did not pass a road test does not make May a bad company, it only says you failed their test. You will have problems with every company, they are not perfect. They are ran by Human beings. And Humans are not Perfect.Last edited: Sep 16, 2008

I had a dude in my class that had about 15 years otr he failed his test Why did he fail it becuase he had in his mind I have all of this experince I can get a job anywere.
Well after he left we all asked mike the saftey guy why did he fail he explained that the guy was doing some stupid stuff that most rookies do like not enough mirror checks, did not check his oppisit mirror checks, not using signals etc. -

You will be better off learning from the mistakes and improve for the next time. As a Driver you should always be learning. Learn from your own mistakes and others. Just hope your mistakes don't cost anyone their life. -
If only the experinced driver passed the tests that sounds right because newbiee's make alot of little mistakes.
May does still want solo's alot of their loads are hauled by solo's.

He does not get it MGASSEL, and probably will not for some time.
There is a reason why everyone will tell you to stick out that first year with your starting company. Every orientation you go to counts as a job on your DAC. You cannot do much about that, but add a comment if you want.
So at this point you have had at least 3 OTR jobs in 6 months. Most company's will not even look at you at this point. Add to that the "Super Trucker" attitude, and I am not suprised that a tester let you go.
Brand new solo drivers do not get in that many serious accidents in there first 6 months, but allot of them will in months 6-10. Why? becuase they are gaining missplaced confidance in there abilitys.
Your best bet would be to go back to one of the companys you left, if you left on good terms. Get 1 year+, then go looking for a better company. Not many, if any, decent companys will take you right now.
I don't care what you said or did on the road test. My guess is though, with the attidude I see here, you did something minor, and instead of taking the crit ism and learning from it, you made a know it all comment, and pissed him off. If this was the case, I would have failed you also, if I was the tester.coastie, AfterShock, MGASSEL and 1 other person Thank this.
