I haven't been home yet. Will get home later in week. I'll get the right card then. :)

I have a rand McNally and my company puts Garmin in the trucks. I always compare both. The McNally is better cause it won't take you down a no truck route like the Garmin tried to. But the Garmin surprised me when I was in Chicago and it routed me where I was only taking left turns. The Garmin is better for routing downtown areas but McNally if you always want the shortest quickest route

I run both simultaneously. They both have their quirks, but by the time I average it out, plus 40 years of experience it usually get there. I am happy with both products.
Don't ever follow any GPS blindly.

I have a standing policy when it comes to a GPS. I wouldn't *TRUST* one to find grass on a golf course. ;)

    DRAGON64 Thanks this.

    Mark,

Is an 8g fine, or would a 16g be better. I'm home but can only find a 8g locally.

8gb is fine. Start a conversation with me.. left click on my pic. I will need your E-Mail so I can send you a file you will need and instructions on how to fake the doc again to get the maps downloaded.

    Mark,

Just to make sure the new card will work. It's a SanDisk MicroSDHC 8gb. It says class 4 at the bottom. Will that work? I noticed the one I. Your link says Class 10.
