Do you know how much the Health/Wellness360 (or what ever it's called) drops your premium?
And are things still humming along over there miles wise?
And where is a good doctor to get a physical renewed? And how much do DOT physicals cost? I have never had to pay for one before. -
There are different factors that affect the 360 program such as tobacco use..my wife smokes but we still got a discount around $50 weekly for the 2 of us...
I am still going as much as i can.....
As far as a doctor goes i just use the doc in a box in my hometown and it costs me $68. I get one annually due to blood pressure meds.
Come on over... You will like it here..ray is still doing good....saw him the other day. -
Oh yes... I will be in your neck of the woods sunday and monday....

I spoke to recruiting today, she says because my physical is due in July that I have to get it renewed before I can come over. Since I am on the road, I wasn't sure where they do physicals other than those medi-quick places in some of the truck stops. I have always had mine done when I join a new company (other than at Magnum, they accepted my Poly physical).
My biggest fear is that I go to one of the doctors that insists on sleep study tests. Since joining Magnum I have put on 25 or so lbs and may be close to the magic BMI trigger to be tested. I was hoping to get away from Magnum and into a better company before my next hometime. -
Just dont tell them you snore or get sleepy while driving....
I have had a cpap for 7 years now..gordon paid for it.DRAGON64 Thanks this. -
It's stupid to have to jump through hoops before you're even hired. What gives? Maybe only good companies do this kind of stuff.

Federal regulations are regulations. Most companies insist on doing their own even if you just had one done a day before changing companies, and if you don't pass, you get a ride home. Some allow outside exams if you're within a certain time frame of the due date...even Magnum. Had I not just had my physical before coming to Magnum, I would have had to join the rest of the other drivers in orientation who had to get theirs. Unlike Magnum, Big G doesn't draw out their orientation to take up most of a week...their's is 1.5 days and you're on the road, getting an approved med card before coming over speeds things up. Magnum has their own hoops to jump thru.Last edited: Mar 3, 2017

Big g doesn't care where you get it done. You pay for it. I use the same doctor every year so i never have any problems.
If you want to come to Cookeville TN i use satellite med. They are behind the pilot but that pilot does not have truck parking.
