    No wonder there is problems, Dispatch should just Dispatch, sounds like GOE needs to start up some new Departments for Customer service, finding backhauls and that department should be the ones to negotiate rates, and another department to handle driver's issues.

    The meat business is quirky, lots of products need to be shipped infrequently.

    Adaptability comes with experience, and many dispatchers have little of that, and since they aren't the ones being sent hither and yon, they learn very slowly.

    Shipping many other products is also their own little set of horrors, so dispatching, as well as driving the darn trucks, needs to be flexible.

    I went into seaboard in st Joe mo this morning to pick up my trailer and they put the wrong load on it ..duh .

    Trailer was ready this morning and I left after my 34.
    724 miles today and 25 minutes left on my 11, I love it to run West :)
    Stopped in Cheyenne at the Pilot to fill up and for my 30 minutes break and went to the parking lot to see this:

    CR England made a left turn and hit a Werner. Plenty of room there, absolutely unbelievable :withstupid:
    Took the picture when I left, enough room to get around there.
