The servers weren't changed until a couple of weekends ago, the problem was finding programmers who knew the old system. The crash on the Monday after was a result of redirecting users to the new site from the old one. They have made updates on a weekly basis , it's not like effort isn't being made . Could you imagine being an IT guy at mercer now? But even the mobile app had more apple problems when rolled out. I do think that the beta testers didn't provide proper feedback. But the reality is calling people dumb, donkeys , etc, isn't going to accomplish one thing. The scrolling problem was said to be taken care of in the latest bulletin. I have asked this before but did everyone get the email with the user manual??

To add:
Go watch the Facebook video made by Contractor relations. Everyone was assured that the old board would not be taken down until everyone was comfortable with the new one, that didn't happen!!Last edited: Apr 23, 2017
Razorwyr, spyder7723 and Klleetrucking Thank this. -
I should have said two steps forward and three steps back. Perhaps Mercer didn't realize how much contractors depended on the board because the coordinators felt it was in their best interest to keep as much of that information to them self as they could.
Still there is no excuse to release and force you to use something so flawed. I don't think they would do something that insane to the billing dept.Airborne, CJndaTruck and tallinthesaddle4life Thank this. -
