    They have 2 accurate ones for me, I didn't get a manual either. I don't particularly think my young baby self needs one, but i didn't get one nonetheless.

    I didn't have that issue with my loads today.

    I wouldn't call it a user manual. I had gotten an email about the new site with login instructions and a basic overview. Then they started talking about the updates only on the new site which I couldn't use except with my laptop really so....

    Oh that. Ya i got an email back in January or February about how to log in for the first time and a couple sorry sentences about how to view matched loads.

    Well I think we lost a shipper in Louisville yesterday. Customer was not happy with the agent.

    The agent put wrong info in. They couldn't even give me the right PU number. Plus the agent didn't bother telling me the load wasn't gonna be ready until late. He wasn't happy I had to sit for 8 hours waiting on the load because of the agent. I showed up Tuesday and something happen so load was not good and moved to Wednesday. We called the agent at 4pm yesterday and she left already n the guy in the office had no clue what the pu number was. The shipper finnaly called his sales guy and he wasn't happy. But they let me go without a pu. In the long run agent ####ed up big time. Plus wasted 2 days of work for me lol...
