That's a great example didn't think I could explain it my only difference with mine is when starting at the ends throw my strap through the second from the end coil frist then the hook and loses end back through the end coil secure both ends between coils this way the back coils will be pulling to the front and the front will pull to the rear

How strong is Mercer in the Pacific Northwest? Could a guy run it regularly and still make good money?

Well good money varies from one guy to the next. But i think it would be tough to make what i want to make running strictly in the northwest.

The agent near you is a great agent. WHEN he has freight he is in my top 5 to deal with. He doesn't have a ton of freight and all the markets near you run hot and cold. I have made great money running I-5 and it won't be too hard for you to get home if you give yourself a bit of a window. But the market up there is really hit and miss (so much so I moved out of the NW last year) and I would be hard pressed to recommend Mercer to anyone from your location. If by "run regularly" you want home on weekends, you might find better money with a local company. Oh and there is another flatbed company (out of Spokane?) named Mercer that you might see in your area often. I know nothing about them but I think they are company drivers and I know we are not affiliated.

Well it's nice when your Monday load cancels on Friday afternoon! I've been waiting on my first canceled load, so now that is out of the way. Luckily I didn't have anything after that booked up for next week. Gotta love it!

Lol. Ouch! My Monday load cancelled yesterday. But the agent had another for me from the same shipper. Then called latter asking if I could load it today. LOL. Of course I altered my whole week this week to get to the first Monday load as they where desperate (I had refused the one I have now). Anyway, now they are telling me to name my price to take 3 loads from that shipper this week. Who knows how this will turn out. But all three loads next week would be nice. Even deadheading back to the shipper. The only good thing (well besides not freezing nor burning trying to tarp) with being a little different from the rest of the pack.

I think we are on the same page, I pull all the rear coils forward to the center. And all the forward coils aft to the center.

So today I picked a load and had the green circle with no number. I checked the board later on and the load was no longer on the board, and it did not show up on my matched or dispatched loads. Any ideas?

Obviously you are mistaken. The new load board has no flaws.
