Would they accept a four hour refresher? I can afford that lol. Otherwise, I am due to start at Werner but I'm trying to avoid going to any of those mega companies.

I got my cdl in 2015. Went to Steven's transport. Finished training and then had a complication with my license and ended up not working there. Didn't drive at all for ayear . Came to Magnum, drove with a trainer for about 2-3 weeks or so and here I am now... Killin it! Lol

I have a stupid question… Are we required to have a scale ticket on board?

DOT doesn't require you to have a scale ticket, it's up to you wether you want to risk pulling a heavy load without weighing it first.

Anyone near Philly? I have been struck here for over 2 days? WTF is going on with freight or is it the new guy? I'm guessing it's the freight but not sure lol

I've always thought you just do it bc it takes the liability of being overweight off you. That's why it's a certified scale... That way if dot says you are overweight but you have a certified scale, they'll ticket the scale company and not you.
