If i ever buy a kit from chameleon ill buy the rack off ya. Would be nice to be able to roll it off for when there is a wide or tall load down here.

I worked today....drove 350 miles, greased the truck, actually got more grease on me than anything else.
And wouldn't you know it, pilot was out of that wonderful smelling cherry go jo.
Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to adjust my fifth wheel, she's got way too much slack in it, kinda makes me nervous. I got a Holland Simplex SE, so fingers crossed it's not adjusted to the max...

I also worked today. Had to put a new smoke stack on. 88$ for a chrome 48" curved end stack. $12 for a stainless steel torqtite band clamp. Got it at truck pro ten miles away. Took 20 minutes start to finish once i got back.
The TA quoted me 189 for the stack and 1.5 hours plus 3% shop supplies. I hate that shop supplies scam. I may have used 10 cents in soap and paper towels to clean up after but they will charge you 3% of the total bill. So not only saved over 200 bucks but also got it done several hours faster than if i had just had the shop do it.

Drop your trailer. Dump your suspension. Remove the bottom bolt, the 2 top bolts, and the airline. Put a plug in the airline. Blow suspension back up. You could use vise grips but i have bad luck and that plastic airline will snap. Your luck isn't much better so buy a brass plug and carry it with you.

Fyi, you can buy a small bottle jack at harbor freight for 20 bucks so no reason not to have a jack with you.
