So I was turning in a parking lot it was very tight and my cab extension flare hit my trailer and bent pretty good. Will this accident go on my DAC report? I was looking to go to another company in about another month and I'd hate for this to go on my record and prevent me from getting another job somewhere else. The photo is of actual damage. I've seen it a lot. It happens, some company's might put it on your DAC as a preventable. You said you were thinking about going to another company, they might wanna get petty about you leaving, and use that as an excuse to put it on your DAC.

I noticed that. If he's with a trainer, the trainer has no choice but to report it.

Well I'm a new driver I have 5 months experience and this is the only incident that I've been in. I did have a level 2 inspection while enroute to a Love's Travel center to have a tire looked at because it was low. I did a DVIR and notified my breakdown department and they told me there was a Love's Travel center eight miles away and to go there and they will service it. At the time that reported them low tire pressure on the trailer it wasn't bad. But when I got about 4 miles down the road it lost more air and was completely flat it was the inner Tire of the trailer and they gave me CSA points
No I'm on my own truck. Those are old decals left on the truck.

No they're old decals that they left on the truck when they assigned it to me. But can you help me out and let me know from your experience the severity of what this will have on me?

I have nothing else on my record...
I did get 10 CSA points for low air pressure in my trailer Inside Tire on a level 2 inspection. But it sucks because I was on my way to the service center to get it fixed when I got pulled in and I already reported it to my breakdown Department which they told me to go to the service area and long behold while in route I get pulled in.

    Well 10 CSA points x 3 so 30. I don't understand why they multiplied by 3 and it's stupid
