Wil-Trans runs Eastern half of the USA. If you want coast to coast then go with Jim Palmer Trucking which is owned by Wil-Trans.

Wilson Logistics is the company that owns & operates O&S Trucking, Wil-Trans, & Jim Palmer. They all pull Prime, Inc reefers. They and other companies are Prime Advanced Fleet Companies which means separate companies that pull mostly or exclusively Prime trailers. I think Henderson Trucking is another PAF company. Prime doesn't own them just supplies them with freight.

I found your post from 2015. It says you went there for the fleece/lease program and it was not what you were looking for and felt lied to. I would never sign a fleece deal with a carrier, it is like renting a Hertz car at the airport, you should never expect to keep it, and you get what they have on the lot. There are plenty of posts here about the fleece programs and why you should avoid some. Unfortunately you found out first hand. I don't work for Wil-Trans, so I have no iron in the fire.

That is true but also I would not be a company driver for them in the world.

Can you give some reasons or details to avoid Wil-Trans?
