Or quit. I'm not going to work for anyone that expects me to sleep in a hot truck. It's not going to happen.

Dispatch was so upside down yesterday ..:biggrin_1square9:
they were trying to put loads on drivers
that went 800- 1300 miles with around 24 hours to make it
    the destination.

They didn't seem open to rescheduling .... so I didn't bite the hook

Place is getting worse by the month ....

Incompetence at every level , bad equipment , now the break down

    of the planning dept .

    Geeez ..... what next

Oh man. Poly is near the top of my list. Don't need funky doodoo idiocy from the office, tho. Save the drama for your mama's llama.

    >Its not drama---and its not gossip < ... its 100% truth

Things mess up and the planning and dispatch
on loads goes straight down the tubes .... then they hope
someone will take it off them to save themselves ,
...if not they are held responsible ( company suffers heavy
fines when things don't arrive on time )

They have people waiting downstairs to eat you alive and
possible cost you your job if you mess up a load.

The place is rigged to find the guilty when things go wrong.

They have a rash of breakdowns ...and it ripples across the whole fleet
...everything goes down like a house of cards.

Don't let me spook you ..... things are tough
    all over

..... please , come to Poly .... share in our
    suffering

    :)
