Don't waste your money with moving blankets. Buy felt. They have it at the company store. And yes the mercer tarps are cheap and tear easy. I'd also buy bunjees aka tarp straps, somewhere else.

LOL. I avoid it as much as possible. But this customer pays well. Calls to see if I'm in the area. Pays deadhead, yada yada. As a rule right now a avoid NJ and NY right now (or I did). I need to log in and figure out where the $ is now. I haven't been on the board for weeks except once to see the LTL list. It is almost time for me to go back to work now that I have made it to TN

Its gonna suck. Its 18 inches longer than my dads w900. measured bumper to very rear of frame. Which makes it's 30 inches longer than my old pete, the longest hood truck ive driven regularly, and that was 10+ years ago. That's ok, i'm normally parked by 6 or 7 pm anyway and if i gotta run late i'll just plan on parking at big rest areas. If mr jordan can park that behemeth kw of his, i can learn to park this jumbo jet freightliner. Its just as maneuverable as any typical aircraft carrier. Just like the song says, give me 40 acres and I'm turn this truck around.

I'm gonna run it a month our two to give me a chance to fix any gremlins that might pop up and then the toilet and bigger fridge gets installed. Still debating the shower. It would be convenient but that's a lot of cabinet space to give up.
