Where's u tankers loading at this morning

Oh yeah, a little younger than me, in his 40s, kids in high school, college coming up for them, mortgage, two cars, wife, the works. He's screwed.

Stop by and say hi once in awhile; I don't chat much with the f/b guys all due to that "boxes" thread, but we'll let that one lie / die. LoL.

Congrats again, man. Hope to hear all the goodies in a couple weeks, be safe, man. Hope you had a great Dad's day yesterday, as well!

 

Finally got my equipment issues situated and got hoses and fittings from the shop. Got nice and shiny compressor and ready to haul some other stuff. Dispatch asked me if I can help out with oil load tomorrow and he will hook me up with a good paying load Wednesday.

Yeah, a lot of the reason I went to tanker when I got back was that I don't want to tarp any more and it's really tough to find a flatbedding job with no tarp. Hunt was closest, about 20% tarp according to the recruiter, the rest is equipment. But I see their trucks with tarped loads a lot lately lol. This place doesn't even own any tarps.

The boxes thread just about put me off posting here at all. The other place is a little bit tiresome at times, like listening in on a convention of earnest Sunday school teachers who shush any naughtiness. And then there are the nice kids sucking up and turning it into a circle jerk. But that's better than watching a bunch of middle school bullies compare their *%£& lengths. "You can run but you can't hide" was just weak and pathetic. Seriously, get a life guys.

So yeah, I might just go back to posting some pics of loads along with occasional snide comments to make the girls laugh and get in trouble.

 

I hear ya, on the not wanting to tarp; after what you've come thru, I don't blame you. Heck, I personally have no desire to learn how, O/S can HAVE all that; I'm not much younger, LoL.

The other place reminds me of Catholic school; I know what you mean there. I'm "read only" as I've mentioned; I'd probably get myself into trouble should I have it any other way, LoL... like I almost (no, really ... i did...) on the BXS thread. I'm one of the most level headed guys out here, but that pedantic crap towards the kid was just TOO much. I have kids his age. It was unwarranted; I had to step back for a 48 myself, after that.... and raiding the Rt turn thread, when we went back there. Just wow.

I'm glad you decided to hang around here; and I'm happy you found your "sweet spot". Keep posting pix there; you know I'll check 'em out!

Was pretty sad how the 'better than thou's' and that troll shut it down for the kid. He's found another gig, btw.... its in the Summer thread.
