I do get the settlement emails (although not from the load we delivered this morning yet)

Folks, it wasn't actually the new load board that crashed , it was a hardware problem and they lost internet service. Coordinators went home to work from home on the home internet. I got a text from my coordinator informing me of this at 830 to 9 am or there about. Payroll usually works overtime to get caught up when things like this happen. Probably still will be under or close to the 8 working hour goal on payroll after receipt of paperwork.

 

It was back running before close of business today

 

QC is easy to correct. You just click edit, change the status , or hit a scissor icon to split into two different status , adjust the times, remarks , submit , give reason for change, and you are done. You can edit anything except drive that hasn't been sent in as approved , I like that versus calling.

 

Yeah, it's annoying. I get all excited thinking it's something good, then I'm let down with an auto message.

 

Settlements, I send in my paperwork work by transflow and not the app.

 

Not possible! You can't access a network via internet if that network is off internet!

 

Well, my coordinator went home and worked from home . They do that in bad weather also. You miss the part about a hardware problem in Louisville,? No one said the entire network was down. I guess her mass text was a lie as were other notices posted on sites. It must have been an imposter when I communicated with her yesterday
