I had a Crete truck blast past me in a 45 mph construction zone in Indiana today, he even even passed another truck which promptly passed him again once the speed limit went back up to 65.

Saw an almost new Crete company prostar...it's 5 digit truck number started in the 4's and it has those little twinklie led lights over the headlights. I thought they were going back to Freightliner with automateds for their fleet

They are getting a few hundred of the Internationals, I'm assuming to fulfill a contract, they have Cummins and I believe are automated too

My neighbor is trying to talk me into working at the flatbed company he's with, but when I saw a Prostar sitting in his driveway (which he says is an auto) I said...nahhh. If they had different trucks, maybe, but auto Prostars...not unless they paid .60/mile to cover whatever breakdown pay doesn't.

Tonns son worked at Navistar for awhile in sales. I am reasonably sure Dad bought some.

I may be getting one of their new LT trucks soon. It is the replacement for the ProStar. It will be interesting to see how it ages.

Maybe I'm just too old or too dumb...but what is an "LT truck"?

I hate abbreviations.....has everyone ran out of time (to type out the full words), or is it a "lazy" thing.....or is it a Millennial thing.....or a combination of all of it?

    bzinger and tucker Thank this.
