Ok and then we have Scottie incriminating himself by having a camera mounted on his head constantly turning his head to get footage of someone texting... @scottied67 your just as guilty as the guy texting

You don't have to embrace technology, and no one will fault you for it. It isn't for everyone.

Guilty of what? It is a handsfree body camera. It sees what I see. I have to occasionally look at my passenger mirror right? If I see other stuff happening while doing that is that called distracted driving? I think not. I see this guy txtng and film it. All legally handsfree.

I have basically taken the concept of a dashcam that points only straight ahead and put it on my forehead so it sees everything I see. I foresee this being the next big thing in cameras , handsfree bodycameras everyone everywhere will be wearing filming 24/7.

I say flip the script and make all drivers wear forehead cameras that the company can see what the driver sees. If the driver sees his own phone in his own hand while driving, the company can too. But even better than that is protecting the driver in crashes and accidents where the driver's view is much more detailed than a straight ahead windshield camera.

Sounds kooky but... I LOVE IT! Awesome idea. Everyone recording everyone else. Mandatory forehead cams. Even babies and pets.

Your distracted by putting your focus on him to get footage versus paying attention to driving...

My personal favorite is when I look down into a passing car and the driver and passenger are both on their phones. Lol. What the hell are they doing, texting each other? It's just plain dangerous out here.
