Hmm how am i gonna get these huck frame bolts off? Guess i need to cut these dam things off my truck and put new bolts in... So much fun...

 

With a quality drill bit outta very easy to drill a truck frame. It's no harder than your 1 ton frame, just thicker steel so takes a fraction more time.

 

Cut or grind. They make a tool for removing them butt its more a pain in the butt than ours worth. Just cut them off. That's why god invented acetylene and oxygen. Will take all of 30 seconds per bolt.

 

run the northeast very much and it becomes your best friend. i actually use it quite often, theres some piece of mind, if your were near winchester , va on i-81 you made a wise choice. now at whites on exit 205 on i81 he has the largest parking lot on east coast and is adding 300 more spots.

 

I know this post I'm replying to is more than a few days old but I have another suggestion for ya Spyder. You go to the nearest electrical supply house and get that same cable you need from there, and may even safe a few dollars rather than going to a place like Northern tool or place like that. I used to be an electrician and know this for a fact!!!!

 

Harbor Frieght has one on e sale now for 89.00, its half inch drive. You can go on their website and buy it online also, not sure what the shipping would cast ya but I think its free over a certain amount.

 

No shame in that.... I've paid for parking a few times. Well worth the 12 or 15 bucks when I know I'm going into an area late with limited parking. No need to hurry and stress about it.

 

SuperTruckerDan on YouTube works for Mercer, he has a rooftop unit also and running a diesel generartor on his truck and seems to be really happy with his setup. You may wanna try and contact him somehow and get some input from him before you go buy another gas generator from somewhere. Just a suggestion.
