Always get a screenshot of a load you are accepting. I've always gotten my money when I had one. Hopefully you never have to use it but if you do it's good to have it.

I don't worry much about it unless the actual weight ends up being more than I can haul & I never ask for more money when it's heavier than posted cause I'm not giving money back when I pick up a load that is posted at 40k & it ends up being 15k. That's right. Lol. He said the load paid by the weight. That does suck but I can see the load paying less if it weighed less. Just sucks someone screwed up when it was posted, either the agent or the customer have out wrong info. I'm also an idiot, 300 lbs over, I would've ran it.
